I'm trying out Jira and I would like to test how the anonymous access works.
But I don't seem to be able to fine any "Anonymous" group in the permissions settings. I see a "Public" one, but I assume this is different.
Hello YvesS,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
When you test Jira Cloud, you can change the same settings and use the same features as it was a paid one, so it won’t prevent you to use your Jira with anonymous access.
As per the details you provided, you are trying to change the Global settings, which doesn’t allow you to make a project accessible by anonymous.
If you want to make tickets from a project to be accessible by anyone, you need to change this directly in the project by going to Project settings > Permissions and add Anyone to the Browse Projects permission.
If that’s not the case, can you please let us know what do you need to allow anonymous users to see on your site?
Regards,
Angélica
