Hi @Victor Tobon -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What is the custom field you are copying the value from, and what is the current value of that field?

For example, is it a number field, or is it something else?

Kind regards,
Bill

Hello @Bill Sheboy I thank you for the welcome

The custom field is a text field that users fill out with the value 400h and this must be copied to the native Jira original estimate field, but the attempt to make the copy to the field sends me the error shown above in the image

If the text field contains exactly this:

400h

Then the error may be caused because your edit appears to add a unit of measure of minutes with "m" after the value.  Perhaps try removing that from the edit.

Also please note: smart values are name, spacing, and case-sensitive.  The smart value for issue should be in lower case.

hello @Bill Sheboy remove letter m and it marks correct but nothing is modified on the issue

Would you please post images of the audit log, showing the rule execution and an image of the Jira issue which the rule has appeared to update?

Please include the issue history and the time tracking field in the images as those will show what the rule attempted to change.

Hi @Victor Tobon

I think you may try something like this and hope it helps:

{{#=}}{{issue.customfield_xxx}} / 60{{/}}

Please see it for more: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-smart-values-math-expressions/

Thanks,

YY哥

Hello @YY哥 I apologize for the delay in responding and it is treated in the way you mentioned, but nevertheless the result is negative, the automator tells me that it has been executed correctly but no change is reflected in the story or task.

Hi @Victor Tobon

Please show us your entire screenshot. And you could use a specific number (e.g. 4) to test if other parts are correct. If it's correct, then we will focus on the smart values.

Thanks,

YY哥
