Thanks for your answer however I am getting the following error while adding Jira Prod Discovery to my org's Jira cloud instance. Can you please help

I'm not sure what that is.  What is a Product Discover Template?   You can add new project type CATEGORIES to your instance, but that just makes the details page have an option for new categories (which you can use in a few place), but I don't think that is what you are referring to...
