Well you mention that you have an issue while creating cases in Zephyr scale.. so I added the link to the Zephyr support portal.
If you only have the issue within Zephyr i suggest opening a call with them. If it's in all pages in the application then i suggest opening a call with Atlassian (https://support.atlassian.com/contact)
