Filter to show all Comments logged into Work Description when logging time

Question

How can I filter a search to show all Comments logged into Work Description when logging time? I want to see a list of all such notes on all logged time entries across a filterable subset of tasks (e.g. all issues in an epic). In this screen shot, this would be the info in the "show>Work log" tab under "Activity".

Hello @Erika Simon

There is no native report for extracting Comments based on filters.

If you are open to acquiring a third party app I found this one in the Atlassian Marketplace.

I have never used it before. There may be others that would help also. This was the first one I found.
