Email notifications not working for a user; but the same Automation Rule is working for two others

I have 3 users that have the exact same rule in Notifications to Add them as a watcher when an issue is created.

All 3 are being added as watchers. 2 are getting email notifications, but one is not.

It looks like that user's settings to receive notifications is correct.

 

Any ideas???

Hi @Dwight Pfundstein 

You note an automation rule is behaving/creating different outcomes for different people.  Please consider posting an image of your rule and an example entry from the audit log when this symptom occurs.  That may provide more context for the community to offer ideas.  Thanks!

Is the third user getting other notifications in Jira?  Like if they get tagged in a comment?

Is the user getting the notifications within the JIRA app?

Is the email going to the users Junk email folder?

Is the user getting other notifications from JIRA?

Have you used the Notification Helper to confirm that the user should be receiving the notifications?
