Developers cant flag?

When developers have some impediments that time they are unable to flag the issue.

Have you added the Flagged field to the screen used by the project? 

Also, if you right click on the card while it is one the board, is there an option to Add Flag?

What type of project are you using? Team-managed? Company-managed? Jira Work Management?

Is the field used for flagging visible to the developers?

Do the developers get an error message when trying to flag the issue?

What happens when developers try to flag an issue?

Providing screen images would also be helpful to us in helping you.

Can other users see the Flag option for the same issue?

Use the Find You Field option on the same context menu to look for the Flagged field. It will list the places that the Flagged field needs to be in order for the Flag option to be available.

Was the Find Your Field option executed by somebody who does not see the Flag option in the ... menu?

Do the users that don't see the Flag option have permission to Edit the issue?

Is the Flag option visible to any users for this issue? If so, how are those users different than the developers?
