Data retention times for user accounts

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are some functionality in Jira that supports retention times for personal data/user accounts?

For example, if we would like to remove/delete user accounts after they have been inactive (no site access) for a certain time, can this be done automatically in Jira or do we need to handle this manually?

And also, when I have deleted a user in Jira, the name still shows in fields such as Reporter, Assignee etc. I have read that they should be anonymized ("Former user" or something like that) after deletion but can't see that happening, does anyone know why?
