Dashboard w mutiple projects

Question

I have multiple projects/boards I need to do reporting on and they should be aggregating into one board or project, but as I am getting the company to change how they assign Features and Epics, I need to pull the reporting data from 3-4 boards.  How can I accomplish this?

Do I need a new Dashboard or can I create a report that covers multiple projects?  ….this of this as a train level report to show overall velocity, capacity and progress.

if understand you well,

* The Dashboard can View multiple filters ( these filters create first before using the dashboard) 
* You can check the dashboard gadgets reports to check which report you need to view and then prepare the filters from ( issues--> view all filters) then  choose report you need to be added in a gadgets.
* Filter can combine more than one project.
