Hello,
In our Organization, multiple JIRA instances are used. Management wants to see the status of the different projects in a single dashboard.
To achieve that, details need to be pulled from different JIRA instance.
Is there any simple way to achieve that or by using any external apps?
If all project on same instance then you can use JQL to combine the dashboard for all project in single Dashboard. if you've different instance then you can achieve by using EazyBi (https://eazybi.com/) App to combine the dashboard for all instances and projects

My company, Appfire, develops Dashboard Hub for Jira, an app that lets you create and share powerful dashboards with ease. It offers nearly 100 advanced gadgets, 10+ integrations, pre-defined templates, external share and much more.
In the image below you can see how data from different instances can be combined into the same dashboard. Feel free to see live dashboard examples for Agile, ITSM, and DevOps.
Hope that helps, remember you can try it 30 days for free :)

if all the projects are in the same jira then you can write JQL to filter the data you want.
Save this filter and use a dashboard to present these data as necessary. This might help.
