Cannot automation attachment

I am just setting automation ( transfer comment) between 2 project. But the problem is when I attach an image it can't automatic
Any one know the solution for this ? Please let me know

I have already checked the audit log, it said success

Also i wanna ask you to diagnose this issue,

Have you check your internet condition, any blocker from firewall or anything potential ?
Can you click image and open to new tab to see what happen ?
How much the ticket cannot appear the image like this ?
Only this rule cannot appear the image or all the rules in the automation jira ?
