Can we send mail with stats on tickets opened, closed etc from JIRA?
if so, can you please provide the steps to achieve this.

Hi Anuradha,
You can create a dashboard with the information you are seeking. First create a filter for each item. Then create a dashboard and add gadgets for the filters.

We do have the dashboards. But I need them in a mail weekly basis.
