@Bruno Teixeira Botelho Yes you can but any reason you want to hide it? Is it confusing your users? or you don't use other development Tools?

Under Project Permission Scheme you can adjust which project role can see the development panel

If you are not an admin then please have your Jira Admin go to project settings -> Permission Schemes -> Remove any role or group added to view development tools
