Can I create a filter that will sort based on a dropdown checklist value

Is there a way to filter based on the choices of a dropdown (built into a story) across all epics in a project?

For example, if I have Project1, Project2, Project3, each containing multiple stories, can I then filter to show all the stories across all projects that had a certain dropdown value selected when the story was created?

I am not filtering based on a label.

Yes if you are using company managed projects.

example....

"my special drop-down" = "this value"

will return all issues regardless of project where the drop-down field "my special drop-down" has a value of "this value".
