Bulk change acceptance criteria not mapped

Hi all, hope someone can help me. I've migrated my issues from a team managed to a company managed project. I didn't realise that the custom field 'acceptance criteria' wasn't created in the company managed project (I'm not the admin). I can find the data in the issue history; I would hopefully like to automatically map it correctly or manually copy it back. When I manually copy it back, the orginal format is not retained and it's just one big string of text.
