We are done doing pilot in one Environment. We have two instances( Cloud instances).
We want to take a complete backup from one Jira & Xray data and restore fully in another instance.
How can we do that? Can we use backup manager ? and then use restore from Import to import in another instance? Do we lose anything in the process?

This solution you provided, working as create a backup from source and import from backup in destination environment right?
But, does this solution restore all the project(s) structure containing users, issues, workflow and other configurations ?
