Hi. I am setting automation for 2 project ( JSW and JSD). But I have a problem like this

I set when ticket A is create in JSD => auto create ticket B in JSW

But when i create sub-task  A1 ( A1 is child ticket of A), how can i auto link ticket B1 to ticket B  ( B1 is child ticket of B)

Hi @Nguyễn Tài Cường _QA_

When the ticket A is created in the JSD project, how is it associated to the created ticket B in the JSW project?  By an issue link?

If so, you could use a global/multi-project rule and JQL in the rule to find the relevant issues to link.  Note this cannot be done in a single-project scoped rule.

If you are not using issues links to connect ticket A and B, how are the associated to each other?

Kind regards,
