Auto add Roadmap item start date and add to board on that date

Hi 

Is it possible to configure a date field for a task as the 'start date' then have that automatically populated from the start date as positioned on the Roadmap gaant view?

In addition, is it then possible to have this automatically added to the Board to-do column on that date from the backlog?
