Apps with free user cap

We are looking to start a free trial for an app- after the 30 days it suggests its free for 10 users. Is there anyway to annotate whom those 10 will be or will it be based of our complete user profile ( 90+) . Only a small handful will be using it . Thanks in advance

Hi @Vicki welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The user count/tier of an app always follows the number of users of your product, in this case Jira Software.

So, no matter if only 10/90 users will actually use the app, you'll pay for all users of the related product.
