@ravi bharat you have your deployment type listed as server but there are also a number of tags for data center. Are you still running the server version or have you upgraded to data center at this point?
If you are still running the server version, you have already been on a two year grace period as Atlassian has moved the server products to end of life.
If you are on data center and you are in the process of renewing your license, I believe everything should continue to work as long as you don't attempt to upgrade the version of the product you are using until your new license has been applied.
I hope that helps!
Welcome to the community @ravi bharat !
Correct me if I am wrong, but you would like to know after the license has expired if you can still continue to create the issues? If this is the case, Atlassian will ask you to either continue to your payment plan or to degrade your current package that you are using to a lower one.

Hi,
When the license expired, there won't be any grace period, Atlassian will ask if you want to stay on the current plan but the payment details and then charge you or you want to downgrade to the free version.
