Agile create view fields permissions

Question

I am want to customise the creation of issues in the agile board.

I want to move from

I can offer the second view to admin roles and groups, but I cannot make it for developer roles.

I am using an on-demand vanilla instance. No clutter. I can't see where this is done either from the JIRA administration options or the agile plugging options.

Anyone can point me out to the config option I can't find?

Hey there,

the story and bug just have another screen from my point of view.
Lecture me if I'm wrong.

But for the agile configuration itself:
Agile isn't really a tool on it's own - its a agile view for JIRA.
Scrum or Kanban. So screens, permissions and so on are given for the project which uses the board - you cannot configure these type of options for the board but the project.
