We also struggle with AR for planning for a timespan of multiple months, as the capacity of a team is set indefinetly and not week by week.
Therefore my question is, if there is a workaround to still see if the capacity of a team is filled with holidays, trainings or onboarding activities.
Initial thought would be to create a project with individual tasks for each person and the corresponding activity and estimate and duration.
And as we include this project into the AR, this should help us to fill the capacity.
