Hi, I want to add customers to a project in Jira. I have the Free plan. I understand that I go to Accesses and add people as Administrator, in my plan. Will this client have admin access to the whole project to all the projects in my Jira?

All users on a Free site are admins for all Software and Work Management projects. That is documented here:

What is the Free Jira Cloud plan?

Permissions, roles, and issue-level security

Project permissions, roles, and issue-level security aren't customizable in Jira Work Management and Software Free. If your site has always been on a Free plan, everyone with access to Jira Software is an admin for all Jira Software projects, and the same goes for Jira Work Management.
