Hi @Ayeli Zauda

You can try one of the several Test Management solutions available on marketplace.
We have an easy to use solution that integrates well with Jira - AIO Tests for Jira.

AIO Tests does not treat test entities like cases, executions, cycles, runs, etc. as Jira issues. This approach helps us provide a more seamless and intuitive way of test management.

You can create test cases, link them to stories/features to create traceability.
Some of the other key features are

  • organizing in Folders and Sets
  • efficient execution with analytical view of multiple test executions
  • easy recording of run defects and artifacts
  • inbuilt traceability and execution reports
  • automation results import from TestNG and JUnit
  • Jenkins plugin

Here is a link to our documentation -

It depends on your requirements. If all you want to do is to create TCs and treat them just like other Jira issues then just create new issuetype. However if you wish to have a more elaborate solution look to the many test addon apps in the Marketplace.

I want to create test cases and I am also want to manage the test cases by the difference features
