「担当者」「報告者」「ウォッチャー」に個人ではなくグループ（複数）で割り当てをしたい

「チーム」を作っても、コメント欄などのメンションに使うことしかできませんでした。

チームで、「担当者」や「ウォッチャー」として割り当てたいのですが
どのように設定をすればよろしいでしょうか。

Jira does not do "assign to group" for any field where there should be a single named person.  Reporter, assignee, watchers - all should be individuals, because "assign to many people" is always a miserable failure in real life.

There is nothing wrong with having a separate "and this group or set of people are the ones to talk to if you can't find the assignee" - create a custom field with a list of your groups or teams and add it to the project.
