Put the index directory path in "" as your path have spaces. For eg.

java"E:\program files\atlassian\applicationdata\jira\caches\indexes" -jar support-tools.jar

That is ok. but i recieve another error "unable to access support.jar"

What is problem?

Put the full path for support.jar

java"E:\program files\atlassian\applicationdata\jira\caches\indexes" -jar "E:\program files\atlassian\applicationdata\jira\caches\indexes\support-tools.jar"
