I have suggested using dynamic web forms inside our user portal when capturing user issues. This enables to have the forms change based on the user's input.
They look a little different when they come into the queue in the Issue View, which we could deal with. But the problem comes when making a Linked Issue from this ticket and the form and its info does not copy over to the Linked Issue.
Is there a step or option that I am missing to enable this to happen?
