If you access the ticket, you can go to the "History" tab.
There, you will find this information, such as time since the last transition, since the creation, etc.

I am looking for a way where we can filter the issues e.g. if i want to see 1st March to 1st April how many incidents were marked as "Pending".
Also if i want to see - From how many days issue is in "Pending" status. We can do that by picking updated date, because even though we update a small thing say Label in the issue then it updated date would change.
