Good afternoon!
I have this problem with some automation, that I cannot solve.
The original requeriment was to get the amount of time the issue has been in Open status. In order to achieve that, I have create a field "Date in Open" and a field "Dif open". This works perfectly fine.
Now, we need to do the same but for Analisis. So I created these two fields, "Date in Analizar" and "Dif in Analizar" and replicated the rule with the change needed.
So the rule look like this
Although, fields "Date in Analizar" is the same type as "Date in Open" and the field "Dif analizar" is the same type as "Dif open", when executing this rule does not populate any value on "Dif in Analizar"
I don't know why one rule is working just fine and this one does not. It don't make any sense. Can you please give me any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Ro
Hello @Rosana Casilli
What are the details of the Trigger step?
What is the field customfield_10458? What type of field is it? What data does it contain?
What is recorded in the Audit Log for this rule when it executes?
