"Issue layout" is not appearing in Project settings

I am using Jira cloud service desk and I am trying to reorder the transition on each issue. I read that you were working on that and based on the latest you have already implemented.

I read this article and I should have an issue layout on my project setting but I don't. Can you please advice?

Hi Marios,

Currently, the issue layout is only available for Jira Core and Jira Software classic projects, because the new issue view was not implemented for Jira Service Desk projects yet, so, for now, it's only possible to modify the layout for those two types of projects.
