mail en double

bonjour 

le contenu de mail de notifications apparaît en double .

Et pourtant l'apercu en configuration est nickel mais pas le rendu 

 

Pouvez vous m'apporter r une solution rapide

Hi there, 

 

This is often caused by timeouts from the mail server and can be seen the Jira logs, if they're accessible to you. 

 

Check out: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/duplicated-issue-creation-comments-or-notifications-280068481.html and try increasing your timeout settings. 

 

This is usually what's happening when you see double notifications.

That's really weird! 

 

Since you're using Jira Service Desk Cloud, I'd reach out to the support team at https://support.atlassian.com to see if they can look at your configuration to say why this is happening. 

 

Or take a look at the customer notification settings and look at the previews to check that they look as expected and it hasn't been manually added twice: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/configuring-service-desk-notifications-732528936.html#Configuringservicedesknotifications-Editcustomernotifications
