Kindly help us to understand why Jira cannot connect to mail server in MS office domain. Have tried all authentication types.

 

Purpose: Trying to create an incoming mail handler

Host : outlook.office365.com

 

**The mail box can be accessed manually and mails are coming in to it.

Hi @Nilofar Rajmohamed ,

I'm not quite sure about your configuration, but your screenshot states "Exchange POP3 Service is ready" and a connection error via "imaps".

Looks like there is a mix up.
