how can we remove the highlighted content in Jira

Hi @Sapna Sharma ,

If you mean the highlighted part in yellow, that's not coming from Jira.

That's your mailserver that is appending the text to the email content to make sure you know it's coming from outside the company.

if you want that removed then I'd suggest contacting your email administrators.
