There's no text files on the licence pages. You need to look at the licence page which will display an end date. You can get that both from your atlassian account and the licence page under admin.

Click administration. Press . to search. Type in "lic" and it'll probably narrow it down to the available licences you might have.

If you don't have that, then I have to take a completely random guess that you are using "OnDemand", in which case, it is in your Atlassian account when you signed up.
