filter Request Type

I would like to filter Request Type.
In one project, work must be distributed to multiple organizations within the company.
They must be able to assign filtered tasks themselves.

Where would you like to display this information, as dashboard, queues in the JSM project?

The JQL keyword to be used is "Customer Request Type"

I am trying to filter in queues.
The example below worked normally.
"Request Type" = "text (project key)"

However, Customer Request Type did not work.
I wonder why.
