automated assignment of incoming emails

Hello,

is there a possibility for the incoming emails in servicedesk, to assign them by a tag in the email subject, to a specific issue typ?

It can't be achieved by current settings, but you can define a default request type at Settings >> Email Settings and click settings under Actions smile
