The evaluation license is expire in jira service desk and after that i try to update it, but the option of "versions and licenses" no longer appears, when I click about the ad red on the I get the "error 400" but in the log not relate to record that is related to the error.

Did you go into your my.atlassian.com to generate a new evaluation license?

Yes, enter a my.atlassian.com, generet the license , but the option of "versions and licenses" no appears , so I did not have anywhere to update it through the jira interface.
I solvet it update the licenses since DB jira , and after overwrite the version JSD .
