Which Status stoping SLA


Which Status is stopping SLA?

I think I tried all the statuses and the SLA is keeping running and effect our SLA %.

Hi @Daniel Tveriya ,

it depends on how your SLA is configured, there can be different conditions in each of your JSM projects.

Please see here for more info ("Finish counting time when" condition).
