I am new to Jira Service Desk and would like to configure it to support ITIL change management. I am finding that many things I would expect to come "out of the box" and easily configurable by an admin are elusive at best. And when I search the web or watch online videos everyone talks about add-ons or scripting/code changes. This should not be required for the majority of what I want to do but it seems maybe that is the reality of it. Please someone help me find info on configuring this thing easily and without buying extras that shouldn't be extras. Thanks!
