Hi All,
I have various request types in a service management project. Some of these request types are visible to the customer, cq the customers could select one of those to create a request. Some of them are visible, cq the customers is not able to create these type of issues, but we could convert their created issue in one of those.
In the requests visible in the create portal, I am able to make the fields visible that were also visible on the request form.
For the request types that are hidden from the portal, I am not able to make these fields visible even if these fields are added to the request form for this request type.
How could I make it possible to make these fields visible to our customers?
The reason why I hide some request types is to make the selection for our customers not too big.
