On Jira Service Management, I cloned an issue then I shared the result issue within organisation. The problem is that my customer couldn't see the cloned issue.
I already checked that :
- I can acceess to the new issue from the portal
- My customer belongs to the said organization
- My customer could access the first issue
I've to specifiy that my customer use a privat e-mail adress
Could you please help me to solve this ptoblem
