In a Jira service desk project, I am using the JMWE Create Issue(s) post function to create a linked issue in a software project when I transition the issue to a different status. I also have the checkmark selected to transfer all comments from the current issue to the newly created issue as shown in the inserted image below.
The problem is that I would also like to transfer the attachments or comments that may also be under the Activity section labeled "Zendesk Support" to the linked issues. Note that the Zendesk Support tab of the Activity seciton is added since I am using the Jira/Zendesk integration app on my Jira instance. I've shown an example of this below which shows a short sentence and attachment which I would like transfered to the issue that would be created when I move the status from the Open (shown below) to In Progress.
The linked issue which is shown below will show any comments that were on the parent issue but not the Zendesk Support comments/attachments.
Is there a way to copy the Zendesk Support comments/attachments from the parent to the linked issues? Any help would be much appreciated.
