Unable to receive mails to email requests

Hi here,

I configured a incoming mail configuration. But when I am sending mails to the emails, nothing is happening, in the logs also nothing is showing up.

What am I missing here?

Based on your screenshot it seems that there are no received email at that account. Please could you check on your account side?

I checked there I see we are receiving mails
