We are unable to create customer on our JIRA Service Desk, even with public signup enabled. Agents can´t create them, Project Lead neither,
via mail nothing gets created
and SignUp from the Service Desk itself throws the error "Sign up not available"
Here are our settings:
The logs werent helpfull at all. Anyone else had this issue?
Furthermore im unable to create issues on jira.atlassian.com :D so im really stuck now

Thanks to all replies.
The issue was resolved. The problem we had, originated from Atlassian Crowd. Crowd was trying to write the customers back into the Active Directory. We had to deactivate Crowd due to its unability to handle customers on JIRA Service Desk without licensing them in Crowd.

thanks for the reply. I have to be the owner of the license then right? Im just the project manager but dont have access to the account holding those licenses.

Not necessarily. If you have administrator access to the JIRA instance, you can login to the instance and retrieve the SEN number from the Application & licenses page =)
