Hi,
Our client requires utilization reports to be generated from JIRA Service Desk. We want resources to log a time in JIRA Service Desk Project on Daily basis & based on this , we would like to generate the Utilization report. Can someone help in advising how can we manage this in JIRA Service Desk.
