The new Jira view complicates our work and on big workload periods it could make many difficulties with the way we create issues and work. We have inserted a lot of sections in order to meliorate the information saved in each ticket but with the new view and under work pressure we would have lack of information because the required fields are not visible. Please advise how can we stay to the old view. As up to now, in less than 24 hours of the implementation of the changes and we already have missed(difficult to find) the "hidden"fields.
I would also be interested to know if there is a setting to keep the old view.
