I have activated Atlassian Intelligence for my Jira Service Management "Premium" account, but when I select Comments > Summarize option does not appear. What I am missing?

I am not sure if this is the official response from Atlassian. But for our instance, summarize took about a week or two for it to appear after we activated Atlassian Intelligence. Seems that Virtual Agent activates instantly and summarize is a roll out.
