Hi,
When a user tries to create a story within a project epic, the issue is created correctly but loses the link to the epic ticket.
Users have the following global permissions:
Can anyone help me with that?

Hi @nico_felice , I noticed you asked your question in the Jira Service Management group.
Are you using Epic and Story issue type in a JSM project?
I'm a bit of a newbie to Jira (not sure I select the correct tags).
The project is a Scrum Project.
Here is an example screenshot of the Epic with the stories:
We click on the "+" button (yellow circle) but the ticket is not correctly connected to the Epic when it is created by a user with global permissions written in my previous comment (to me it works correctly because I am a jira admin).
