Hello,

We would like to know if is possible to access to objects data in different projects in Jira Service Management.

For example, we have two Projects to different teams in our organization, one for IT Team and another one for Human Resources. But some information as employees are common object data that we need to access from both projects.

We know that this is posible if you define both as object schemas in the same project, but is it posible using two different projects?

Thank you in advance

Regards

Víctor

Hi @Victor Feria

Welcome to the community!

Yes, the object schema from the assets Management can be used by separate projects.  At the end of the day, they are custom fields that are added to your project screens.

Regards,

Fabian
