JIRA Service Desk - v3.2.7
When I click the Share button from the JIRA Service Desk to share a ticket I get the error message below.
Please can someone suggest a fix or workaround?

There are some bugs around sharing. If your user has been renamed. If you are sharing someone else's issue to yourself.
Look in your browser dev tools to understand whats actually failing. Then work with the admin (or if you are the admin do it yourself) to compare that with the logs to see whats going on. This may be a bit beyond the depth of what we can answer on here.
My guess is you have a misconfigured proxy somewhere.
